By using our website, pgaround.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Site. We may modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified terms on the Site.

PGaround Navigator provides an online platform that connects paying guest (PG) accommodation owners with individuals seeking such accommodations. We are a directory and search platform and do not own, operate, or manage any of the properties listed on our Site. We are not a party to any rental agreement or other transaction between users of the Site.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the Site and for any content you post. You agree not to post any content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

For PG Seekers: You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before renting a property. We do not verify the accuracy of all listings and are not responsible for any disputes that may arise between you and a PG owner.

For PG Owners: You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide in your listings is accurate and up-to-date. You must have all necessary rights and permissions to list the property.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PGaround Navigator and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Site or the information, content, or materials included on the Site. You expressly agree that your use of the Site is at your sole risk.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PGaround Navigator, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
